"My main job is to help clients down- regulate their autonomic nervous systems using body- based therapy. This works as an early alternative or adjunct to psychological and medication treatment, in stress and anxiety disorders. I love helping clients learn how to release stress using TRE; to help restore an inner sense of peace and calm in everyday life".
