Restorative is a deeply relaxing style of yoga practice. It is a receptive practice as opposed to an active yoga practice. These poses are often supported by bolsters and blankets and allow for a very deep relaxation for body, mind and breathe- as the shape and the support of the pose do the work for you. 

This Restorative Class is a 90 minute class consisting of restorative yoga poses, breathing meditation and yoga nidra. It is suitable for people who have practiced other forms of Yoga before. 

This class is informed by Fiona's background which is teacher training in; Restorative Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation. Fiona's primary job is as a Breathing Physiotherapist where she helps people relax and breathe with ease. She treats people for stress, Anxiety Disorders, poor sleep and Breathing Pattern Disorders.
